Banana-Oat Cookies

As you know, I have three kids, two jobs and almost no time to cook. However, I try to eat as clean and healthy as possible, so all of my recipes include just a few ingredients and only minutes of preparation. Without further ado and in only a few words, here is an easy recipe of cookies with only 3 ingredients.


Banana-Oat Cookies
Makes: 14 cookies

Ingredients:
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup of oats
– 4 tbsp of raisins, sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts of your preference

Directions:
– Mash the bananas with a fork
– Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
– Form the cookies with a spoon
– Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
