Classic Berry-Banana Smoothie

Classic Berry-Banana Smoothie

– 1 cup of frozen berries
– 2 bananas
– 1 cup of almond milk

Blend all of the ingredients together.
Serve and add any topping of your choice.

Benefits: This smoothie is rich in nutrients, antioxidants and phytochemicals which may help prevent the effects of aging, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain types of cancer. It is also good for bowel regularity and satiety.
