In the Great Tradition, Yoga has always been taught in private, one-on-one meetings between the teacher and the student. This is the traditional way. Private yoga sessions are ideal for new students looking for more individual attention, those with injuries or chronic conditions, as well as experienced yogis looking to deepen and transform their practice. Working one-on-one offers more opportunity for addressing the specific needs of the individual, taking into a consideration the student’s physical, mental, and emotional states, as well as their values and personal goals.


A private session allows for a more intimate view into YOUR practice. With me, you can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern.

I am available for private and semi-private instruction and for company based yoga programs by request.
